Use the basic grip.
The turn is a change in direction of the body in which the ball stays 'glued' to the stick.
It threatens movement in a particular direction during a dribble and lures the opponent away.
Move with a short turn in the other direction into the space left by the opponent.
The turn can be executed with the forehand and the backhand.
